We planted our first apple trees about a month ago, and they're finally starting to really wake up and show some signs of life! The hillside where they are planted is covered in wild strawberry blossoms this week, and we appear to have nearly an acre of lowbush blueberries as well. It's so exciting to spend our first springtime here, as though everything is happening for the very first time.
